How long will it take to get my order?

 All our items are made to order in the USA. In-stock items, ordered before noon, should be shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. Items not in stock could take 1-4 weeks from the date of your order.  We use UPS Ground to ship all of our orders, unless overnight shipping has been purchased along with your order.

What methods of payment do you accept?

 We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately for assistance, 478 271 3800. All sales/clearance items are not returnable and are marked all sales final. 

What is your privacy policy?

 The information you give us is for our secure database and is not given out, sold or bargained for by anyone else. The information is only used for our records, to better serve you.

How do i care for The Dish Ltd. products?

 All Dinnerware are both dishwasher and microwave safe. Our glassware is dishwasher safe. Our apparel, such as aprons and tea towels, are machine washable.

Is online shopping really secure?

 Our website uses up-to-date security measures on all of its pages. We use software that encrypts your private information while checking out. Your encrypted data is then sent to us through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) security protocol. This form of submission is the industry standard for internet security. All information that you transmit to us through our website is completely private. We do not sell, trade or give away your information to any outside sources.

Can i cancel my order?

 We are unable to cancel items that have already been shipped. Notify us immediately if you need to cancel and we will check right away to see what stage your order is at. If it has not been shipped, we will be happy to cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
